About the role
- Take guests on a journey into the restaurant’s world
- Be responsible for the Bao Family experience
- Ensure the restaurant is well maintained (internal audit evaluation)
- Be responsible for opening and closing the restaurant
- Open and close cash registers
- Contribute to a positive team and front-of-house atmosphere
- Monitor and ensure guest satisfaction
- Provide leadership and ongoing training for the team
- Manage all stock and monthly inventories
- Be proficient in ordering guidelines
- Share techniques to optimize service and sales (tray service, product knowledge, etc.)
- Ensure all teams properly adopt new processes
- Know hygiene rules and ensure compliance (internal audit evaluation)
- Work with the General Manager and Assistant Manager on any restaurant-related issues (HR, equipment, orders, etc.)
- Uphold the Bao Family values, including a warm, family-oriented and welcoming spirit
Requirements
- 2 to 5 years of experience in the restaurant industry
- You are friendly, energetic, and motivated
- You are organized and detail-oriented
- You are a team player with strong interpersonal skills
- You enjoy challenges and new experiences
- You enjoy good food, socializing, and have a great sense of humor
