💰 $41 - $68 per hour
About the role
- Review and assess safety event reports while analyzing trends and contributing factors
- Collaborate with facility leaders to develop effective action plans that reduce risk and improve safety
- Identify patient safety opportunities through concurrent event triage and review
- Conduct surveillance, analysis and data reporting for patient safety
- Participate in implementation of standardized patient safety practices
- Facilitate root cause analysis activities and support process improvements
- Leverage lessons learned and communicate recommendations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in nursing or other healthcare related field
- RN license in state worked
- 5 years acute care clinical experience
- Proficiency in complex statistical analysis
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Ability to manage programs and projects
- Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
