- Leading and overseeing the health plan’s Quality of Care program
- Managing clinical case reviews and quality-of-care investigations
- Ensuring compliance with Medicaid, CMS, state, and accreditation requirements
- Developing and optimizing operational workflows and policies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in appropriate healthcare-related field or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of hospital operations, medical/nursing staff procedures, and community resources
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills
- Working knowledge of Quality Management processes including audits and performance improvement plans
