About the role
- Supervise pre-service staff and workflows for scheduled services
- Ensure patients are financially cleared in advance
- Provide mentoring and developmental opportunities to staff
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the Pre-Service team
- Coordinate team activities for effective resource use
- Develop expertise for Patient Access applications
Requirements
- 3+ years of Supervisory/Leadership experience with 7+ direct reports in registration, billing, and/or authorizations
- Proficiency in common office software, word processing, spreadsheets, and databases
- Excellent organizational skills, human relations, and communication skills required
- Associate’s degree in Business Management or equivalent education and/or experience
