About the role
- Oversee and coordinate the operational councils (Operations, Medical Executive and Clinical Quality)
- Manage and execute multiple concurrent and interrelated projects
- Collaborate and prioritize with system, regional, business entity and local leaders
- Ensure adherence to delivery and production models
- Evaluate and monitor performance effectiveness
- Support acquisition and integration planning for newly acquired practices
- Develop partnerships, coordinate activities, and resolve problems
- Review, prepare, analyze, and present reports to senior leadership
- Provide oversight to inpatient BMG groups programs and projects
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, healthcare administration or related field
- 5 years of progressively responsible experience in a clinical care setting
- Strong project management expertise for large scale and complex projects
- Experience in an integrated health care system or large multi-operational corporate environment
- Proven track record of driving successful performance outcomes in a highly matrixed setting
- Skilled in building partnerships with management, staff, and stakeholders
