About the role

  • Oversee and coordinate the operational councils (Operations, Medical Executive and Clinical Quality)
  • Manage and execute multiple concurrent and interrelated projects
  • Collaborate and prioritize with system, regional, business entity and local leaders
  • Ensure adherence to delivery and production models
  • Evaluate and monitor performance effectiveness
  • Support acquisition and integration planning for newly acquired practices
  • Develop partnerships, coordinate activities, and resolve problems
  • Review, prepare, analyze, and present reports to senior leadership
  • Provide oversight to inpatient BMG groups programs and projects

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, healthcare administration or related field
  • 5 years of progressively responsible experience in a clinical care setting
  • Strong project management expertise for large scale and complex projects
  • Experience in an integrated health care system or large multi-operational corporate environment
  • Proven track record of driving successful performance outcomes in a highly matrixed setting
  • Skilled in building partnerships with management, staff, and stakeholders
