About the role
- Provide leadership to the organization’s operational units including Business Excellence, vendor oversight, accreditation, mailroom, regulatory and policy oversight, and logistical coordination
- Ensure the development of standards, systems, policies and procedures that align with established regulatory requirements
- Develops and implements operational goals and objectives, providing leadership and expertise in the development, implementation, oversight, and evaluation of applicable programs/services
- Manages quality assurance, targeted plans, goals, and activities in operational units
- Establishes and maintains strong working relationships with business entities, centralized/corporate departments
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare or related field or relevant experience equivalent to educational requirements
- 5 to 7 years of leadership/management experience in a healthcare and/or business setting
- Experience in developing and implementing quality improvement plans
- Experience in understanding and interpreting state and federal regulations
- Excellent communications, human relations, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in personal software applications, including word processing, generating spreadsheets, and creating graphics/presentations
