About the role
- Provide operational oversight of the Revenue Integrity Analyst team
- Implement standard charge capture reconciliation and educational initiatives
- Monitor financial data to ensure revenue cycle goals are met
- Develop and educate Revenue Integrity Specialists
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in business or healthcare administration
- 5+ years recent experience in Revenue Integrity
- At least 2 years of experience in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of business and/or healthcare
- Coding and billing experience is preferred
