- Identify and support client needs and capabilities in partnership with management and sales support teams
- Support client management teams with sales, referrals, KYC onboarding, and client retention
- Manage due diligence processes, account opening, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations
Requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with bank products, services operations, systems, policies and procedures for business/corporate clients
- Strong client focus and direct client contact experience
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, organization and computer skills
