About the role
- Territory Manager: acquire new pizzerias and expand relationships with existing partners
- Be the face of Slice in your local area; full-cycle outside sales role
- Travel around territory to meet shop owners in-person; meet them where they are and introduce solutions
- Help every shop maximize benefits of Slice’s Family Membership including Slice Register, online ordering, phone ordering, discounted pizza boxes
- Responsible for one territory within Florida (Jacksonville, Fort Lauderdale, Orlando, Sarasota - Cape Coral, Tampa - Lakeland)
- Report/process: Application, recruiter meeting, assessment, interviews, presentation, offer
Requirements
- They have a valid driver’s license, vehicle and excitement for local travel
- Passionate about pizza, entrepreneurs and Slice
- Curious about how everything works and how they can improve it
- Love ambiguity, change and intensity that comes with working at a start-up
- Obsessed with their own performance and how to get better
