About the role

  • Analyze processes, document business case opportunities, and implement process improvement/transformation initiatives in support of Operational Excellence objectives
  • Support execution of change initiatives to achieve cost efficiencies, quality, productivity, and risk mitigation
  • Work with business leaders and subject matter experts to ensure collaboration and transparency across integrated business and technology teams
  • Drive execution of solutions within budget and timeline
  • Implement low to moderately complex solutions to address issues and risks and improve controls, quality, and sustainability
  • Gather information from Line of Business partners to identify and implement solutions that resolve critical business challenges
  • Establish continuous process improvement model by applying process engineering best practices and delivering reusable technology solutions
  • Leverage analytics and critical thinking to translate issues into structured design-oriented solutions with defined business case benefits
  • Support development of enterprise change management deliverables including project charters, SIPOC, RACI process maps, risk assessments, and control plans

Requirements

  • 1+ year of Mortgage, Vehicle, Servicing Operations or Credit Assistance experience
  • In depth knowledge of Mortgage, Vehicle, Servicing Operations or Consumer Collection regulations policies and procedures
  • Strong ability to analyze data to influence business performance OR Strong analytical and problem solving skills as demonstrated by 5-7 years of experience
  • Strong communication skills and leadership skills
  • Process management experience
  • Proficient at written and oral communication, including presentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Goal driven and results oriented
  • May have responsibilities for managing associates (managerial experience)
