About the role

  • Responsible for significant contributions to the overall marketing strategy for a portfolio of medium to large programs, products, and processes
  • Use data to inform marketing program deliverables
  • Interact actively with multiple business partners to support priorities and project direction
  • Use advanced logic to make complex decisions and judgments with a noticeable impact on functional results
  • Identify risks and opportunities and define strategic solutions
  • Manage a diverse set of activities related to learning agendas, readiness/training, platform integration, and data usage strategy

Requirements

  • 5-7 years experience in marketing, process improvement, project management, risk, operations, data controls, or other similar skills
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills and executive presence, both oral and written
  • Ability to work across various leaders to come up with standard best practices
  • Excellent organization skills and ability to multitask
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Advanced Office Product suite, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to influence peers and senior leaders
  • Self starter, with desire for continuous improvement
  • Mindset focused on driving enterprise value while managing risk
  • Highly flexible and adaptive to changing business priorities and needs
