About the role
- Responsible for significant contributions to the overall marketing strategy for a portfolio of medium to large programs, products, and processes
- Use data to inform marketing program deliverables
- Interact actively with multiple business partners to support priorities and project direction
- Use advanced logic to make complex decisions and judgments with a noticeable impact on functional results
- Identify risks and opportunities and define strategic solutions
- Manage a diverse set of activities related to learning agendas, readiness/training, platform integration, and data usage strategy
- Strong relationship management skills to interact with senior leadership and managers throughout the organization
Requirements
- 5-7 years experience in marketing, process improvement, project management, risk, operations, data controls, or other similar skills
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and executive presence, both oral and written
- Ability to work across various leaders to come up with standard best practices
- Excellent organization skills and ability to multitask
- Strong attention to detail
- Advanced Office Product suite, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to influence peers and senior leaders
- Self starter, with desire for continuous improvement
- Mindset focused on driving enterprise value while managing risk
- Highly flexible and adaptive to changing business priorities and needs
