💰 $115,000 - $175,000 per year

About the role

  • Builds and/or executes business initiatives and/or processes, while partnering with stakeholders and partners across the Enterprise.
  • Solves complex problems and delivers on business initiatives and processes by applying subject matter expertise and technical knowledge of the business.
  • Engages with key stakeholders, partners, and business leadership to deliver on business objectives on time, and within aligned budgets.
  • Performs analytics, assessments, and/or interpretation of data and/or information to identify business opportunities, derive insights, and measure outcomes.
  • Develops strategic and tactical plans to drive progress towards business goals and objectives.
  • Create both strategic and tactical project plans with measurable outcomes taking leadership and key stakeholder feedback.
  • Manage overall project portfolio across teams and segments.
  • Manage overall Call Type/Intent strategy enabling strong business outcomes and better ability to identify and route clients based on relationship and opportunity.

Requirements

  • 3+ years Financial Center or Call Center leadership experience.
  • 3+ years Project Management, Data Analytics, or Product Management experience.
  • Strong executive communication experience (written and verbal).
