About the role

  • Support Senior National Financial Solution Advisors and Financial Center Advisors by providing remote operations and brokerage assistance
  • Provide inbound brokerage support including service requests and money movement
  • Conduct outreach to FSA clients to set up and assist with managing client relationships
  • Partner with support teams to resolve complex situations in a timely fashion
  • Manage and maintain various accounts including onboarding, funding, and enrollment

Requirements

  • Fluent Mandarin speaker
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality brokerage and operational support
  • Strong communication skills with internal partners
  • Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
  • Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Customer-focused mindset for proactive outreach
  • Ability to follow established policies and procedures
  • High level of emotional intelligence and professionalism
  • Experience in brokerage operations or wealth management is a plus
  • Familiarity with Merrill products and platforms is desired
  • Understanding of risk identification and mitigation practices
