About the role
- Support Senior National Financial Solution Advisors and Financial Center Advisors by providing remote operations and brokerage assistance
- Provide inbound brokerage support including service requests and money movement
- Conduct outreach to FSA clients to set up and assist with managing client relationships
- Partner with support teams to resolve complex situations in a timely fashion
- Manage and maintain various accounts including onboarding, funding, and enrollment
Requirements
- Fluent Mandarin speaker
- Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality brokerage and operational support
- Strong communication skills with internal partners
- Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills
- Customer-focused mindset for proactive outreach
- Ability to follow established policies and procedures
- High level of emotional intelligence and professionalism
- Experience in brokerage operations or wealth management is a plus
- Familiarity with Merrill products and platforms is desired
- Understanding of risk identification and mitigation practices
