About the role
- Partner closely with TSOs to manage and grow a portfolio of complex, often global TMT client relationships.
- Prepare client ready materials: proposals, pitch decks, pricing models, portfolio analyses, and customized cash management recommendations.
- Support meeting preparation, delivery, and follow up; participate in select client meetings to gain direct client facing exposure.
- Maintain and update pipeline data, revenue tracking, deal documentation, and onboarding workflow.
- Coordinate with Product Specialists (Liquidity, Trade, FX, Card, Investment) to design integrated treasury solutions aligned with client objectives.
- Identify cross sell opportunities based on client trends, transaction patterns, and industry developments.
- Build strong partnerships across the Corporate Bank, Service, Ops, and Implementation to ensure seamless execution for clients.
- Bring forward ideas to improve team processes, automate manual tasks, and enhance client insights.
- Demonstrate strong risk management awareness while balancing client needs and internal controls.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of treasury management/corporate banking experience or successful completion of a training program
- Analyzes issues and develops solutions to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues and business partners
- Demonstrates experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong computer application skills, including Microsoft Office
- Strong collaborator who values diverse perspectives and celebrates team success
- High level of ownership, enthusiasm and client-first mindset

- Clear communicator with strong feedback skills
- Excellent verbal, written and presentation communication skills
- Familiarity with treasury management concepts, payments, liquidity and banking products

- High proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Demonstrated ability to organize, prioritize and execute in a fast paced environment
- Strong interpersonal skills; proven ability to build trust with partners and clients
- Strong business/financial acumen and sound risk judgement.
