About the role
- Support senior leadership through high-impact strategic and operational analyses
- Partner across lines of business and corporate functions to frame ambiguous problems
- Develop enterprise insights for executive decision-making
- Structure ambiguous, cross-LOB business problems and develop hypotheses
- Design and maintain enterprise KPI scorecards, dashboards, and performance narratives
- Translate complex analyses into clear, executive-ready insights
- Support enterprise prioritization efforts and establish performance tracking
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in data analysis, business analytics, or strategy
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and business intelligence/data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau)
- 5+ years of experience structuring ambiguous business problems
- Strong understanding of financial and performance management concepts
- 5+ years of experience communicating complex analytical insights to senior audiences
- Proven ability to influence without authority
- 7+ years of experience collaborating cross-functionally
- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Work Experience
