About the role

  • Your journey begins obtaining your Securities Industry licenses, where you receive dedicated and personalized classes.
  • Once you obtain your licenses, you will be taught the foundational skills needed to be an advisor.
  • You will help to deliver Bank of America’s core banking, investment solutions and approach to client care.
  • Once you have demonstrated success as a licensed Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I, you will typically progress into the next role, Financial Solutions Advisor Stage II.
  • You will have the opportunity to advance in many roles within Bank of America and Merrill.

Requirements

  • Aptitude in obtaining required industry licenses.
  • Must be self-disciplined in managing time and capacity.
  • Experience in cultivating client relationships, accessing needs and recommending solutions.
  • Success creating strong peer relationships through effective communication and collaboration.
  • Demonstrates a results-driven mindset while prioritizing client’s interest in a complex, fast-paced environment.
  • Executes multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Learns and adapts to new technology or applications.
  • Currently holds FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE).
  • Bachelor’s degree and/or a minimum of one year of financial services industry or sales experience.
  • Bilingual Mandarin.
