About the role

  • Lead the development of enterprise wide or LOB-specific solutions
  • Support senior business leaders and complex leadership solutions
  • Establish and maintain partnerships with Global Talent colleagues, GHR, SMEs, and vendors
  • Provide and oversee high level consultative support to design, develop and implement talent development services
  • Coach and develop Process Leads; explain the why and how behind each process
  • Manage associates and build trusting relationships with stakeholders
  • Deliver results by effectively prioritizing, inspecting and appropriately delegating team work

Requirements

  • 4 to 6 years in Global Talent, GHR or related People/Talent roles with global or multi-LOB exposure
  • Demonstrated success advising senior stakeholders
  • Working knowledge of BAC Global Talent Processes (e.g., talent planning/succession, performance management, etc.)
  • Strong data competence: ability to interpret feedback and metrics
  • Proven coaching track record with ability to deliver direct feedback
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and documentation skills.
