About the role
- Lead the development of enterprise wide or LOB-specific solutions
- Support senior business leaders and complex leadership solutions
- Establish and maintain partnerships with Global Talent colleagues, GHR, SMEs, and vendors
- Provide and oversee high level consultative support to design, develop and implement talent development services
- Coach and develop Process Leads; explain the why and how behind each process
- Manage associates and build trusting relationships with stakeholders
- Deliver results by effectively prioritizing, inspecting and appropriately delegating team work
Requirements
- 4 to 6 years in Global Talent, GHR or related People/Talent roles with global or multi-LOB exposure
- Demonstrated success advising senior stakeholders
- Working knowledge of BAC Global Talent Processes (e.g., talent planning/succession, performance management, etc.)
- Strong data competence: ability to interpret feedback and metrics
- Proven coaching track record with ability to deliver direct feedback
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and documentation skills.
