Requirements

20+ years of experience in infrastructure engineering with at least 10 years in leadership roles.
Strong software development background with proficiency in languages such as Python, Go, or Java.
Deep expertise in virtualization (VMware, KVM), containerization (Kubernetes) and storage/networking systems.
Proven experience with Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform, Ansible, Pulumi) and automation frameworks.
Hands on experience with HCI technologies (e.g., VMware Cloud Foundations, Nutanix, VxRail or custom-built platforms).
Solid understanding of distributed systems and modern cloud infrastructure patterns.
Record of leading engineering teams through agile development and dev-ops practices.
Exceptional communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
