About the role
- Overseeing programs and projects specific to corporate change initiatives
- Serving as the primary contact to department managers for critical change initiatives
- Communicating, influencing, and negotiating vertically and horizontally
- Delivering regulatory and executive material and ensuring results align to program strategy
- Monitoring execution of defined tasks through tracking of multi-year program milestones
- Analyzing, evaluating, and overcoming program risks
- Identifying key requirements for cross-functional teams and external vendors
- Working with other program managers to identify risks and opportunities
Requirements
- 8+ years of program/portfolio management experience in highly regulated environments
- Ability to establish, maintain and influence relationships with relevant stakeholders
- Proven hands-on supporting large-scale technology programs from requirements through deployment
- Proven ability to support and drive end-to-end change adoption strategies
- Strong executive presence facing senior leaders
- Strong written and oral presentation skills
- Strong business centric mindset
- Knowledge of Agile/PMI methodologies
- Advanced/Expert MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint
