About the role
- Provide comprehensive financial solutions to small businesses with annual revenues up to $20 million
- Actively manage and deepen relationships with high value clients
- Support growth of the profitability of small business customer base
- Acquire new client opportunities through prospecting and networking

Requirements
- Proven success in consultative sales in financial services or business-to-business sales
- Ability to demonstrate examples of improving specific businesses financial outcomes
- Passionate about outside sales and enjoys prospecting
- Experience analyzing financial conditions and industry trends
- Thorough knowledge of small business financial products and services
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and other banking systems
