About the role
- Preparing and reviewing documentation in accordance with the bank's policies and procedures
- Working on highly complex documentation
- Supporting Loan Administrators with their primary responsibilities
- Analyzing construction budgets, builder contracts, inspection results, and construction workbook documentation
- Collaborating closely with Sales, Underwriting, Fulfillment, clients, builders, and external partners to ensure accurate and timely draw funding
Requirements
- 3 + years of experience in mortgage operations, construction lending, commercial lending, or related financial services roles
- Experience reviewing financial/legal documentation, contracts, or underwriting packages
- Experience collaborating with Sales, Underwriting, Fulfillment, title/escrow, builders, and clients in a regulated lending environment
- Bachelor’s Degree in business, finance or related field (desired)
