About the role
- Provide advice to business unit executives on Human Resources (HR) issues
- Establish strategy for HR priorities and ensure organizational effectiveness
- Partner with senior business leaders to align HR programs with business objectives
- Oversee critical workforce activities including headcount reporting and HR initiatives
Requirements
- 10+ years of HR Generalist/Talent or equivalent experience
- Extensive experience in client management around complex strategic HR issues
- Deep technical HR competence including HR generalist experience and broad knowledge across HR disciplines
- Experience working directly with/consulting a senior business leader on HR strategy
- Proven track record in developing strategy and driving change
