- Operates as a back up financial center leader within a market
- Manages client traffic, engaging and appropriately routing clients
- Manages business results through formalized management routines and coaching
- Creates a world class client experience environment
- Manages market-level initiative prescribed by market leaders
- Demonstrates and expects process knowledge, data driven decisions, simplicity and continuous improvement
- Delivers clear and concise messages that motivate
- Leads and encourages identification, escalation and resolution of potential risks

- Manages expenses and demonstrates an owner’s mindset
- Recruits, on-boards and develops talent and supports talent mobility
Requirements
- 1+ years of leadership experience demonstrated through coaching, training and/or motivating a work team
- Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate with others outside of reporting authority
- Proven customer service skills and the ability to resolve problems independently
- Strong financial and business acumen including experience in leading managers and interpreting financial reports
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage others
- Strong organizational skills including the ability to manage multiple responsibilities
- Strong communication skills and active listening skills
- Proficiency in computer skills and professional programs (for example, Microsoft Office)
- Must be able to work weekends and/or extended hours and travel to any financial center within the defined market
