About the role
- Interface with clients in order to structure, negotiate and close complex structured financing transactions that meet the client's financing objectives while achieving the optimal terms and conditions for the Bank.
- Interact directly with lawyers, accountants, appraisers and investors in order to structure terms and conditions.
- Coordinate activities amongst issuing clients and investor syndicates to ensure efficient transaction execution.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in the financial services industry
- Direct responsibility for originating, structuring, negotiating and closing complex structured financing transactions
- In-depth knowledge of leasing and secured lending products/solutions
- Solid knowledge in tax accounting, financial accounting, asset valuation and commercial, tax and bankruptcy law
- Exceptional analytical skills
- Experience in financial analysis
- Proven negotiation skills
- Strong communication skills
- Effective presentation skills
- Proficiency with MS Office software applications
- Exhibit teamwork
- Travel 20%
