Requirements

10+ years in software engineering
5+ years in large-scale technical/solution architecture
Proven leadership of re-architecture / re-platform programs to cloud-native microservices on Kubernetes across AWS and/or Azure
Deep expertise in resiliency engineering (HA, DR/BCP design, RPO/RTO trade-offs)
Reliability/SRE practices (SLI/SLO, error budgets)
Hands-on with container orchestration (EKS/AKS), IaC (Terraform)
CI/CD and progressive delivery, service mesh, distributed caching, relational/NoSQL databases, messaging/streaming (e.g., Kafka)
Strong experience establishing observability (OpenTelemetry/ Prometheus/ Grafana)
Excellent stakeholder management and communication
