About the role
- Engaging in development and production environments to identify and improve performance/capacity issues
- Creating and ensuring system design technology solutions comply with enterprise standards
- Providing and contributing to improvements in solution design, testing, and delivery practices
- Delivering an amazing employee experience of our products and services
- Liaising with Global Information Security, Operations, Product, Engineering, Architecture and Vendors
Requirements
- Mobile MDM Management
- Hands-on experience with MDM platforms such as Microsoft Intune, Blackberry UEM or VMware Workspace one
- Detailed understanding of Mobile Operating systems including Apple iOS and Android
- Experience setting up and enforcing security policies
- Strong ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues related to mobile
- Experience with rolling out MDM solutions
- Experience with end-user support, ticket management and creating documentation
