About the role

  • Completing and tracking compliance deliverables to ensure applications adhere to policies and standards as well as local laws, rules, and regulations.
  • Supporting compliance deliverables and infrastructure requests, vendors, development teams, and technology managers.
  • Partnering with control functions, risk management, and Global Information Security teams to complete compliance deliverables effectively and efficiently.
  • Owning and managing internal and Third-Party applications in compliance with applicable bank policies and standards to meet SLAs.
  • Certifying accuracy of application records on a periodic basis.
  • Providing oversight and ensuring Third Party applications meet bank objectives and SLAs.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of bank risk and compliance standards and processes
  • Software development or application production support experience
  • Knowledge of infrastructure
  • Experience overseeing multiple sets of tasks and deliverables
  • Experience driving others to complete assigned tasks
  • Experience managing onshore and offshore teammates
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and follow-up skills
  • Proficient in MS products (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and SharePoint
