Managing a portfolio of assessors executing information security assessments
Providing tactical support to a team of assessors throughout the assessment lifecycle
Maintaining clear communication with the LOB vendor management community
Identifying process optimization opportunities
Assisting with resource planning to ensure effective execution of assessments
Staying aware of emerging cybersecurity trends
Supporting inquiries into the program's operations and assessment results from partners

Requirements

5+ years experience in Information technology/security audit/assessments
Experience communicating to Sr. Management
Strong people management skills
Ability to work independently on initiatives with little oversight
Strong analytical skills/problem solving/conceptual thinking
Must be comfortable in delivering messages across a wide spectrum of individuals having varying degrees of technical understanding
Experience developing and implementing new processes/procedures
Experience working within the risk framework to execute assessments
Experience working with global and/or virtual teams
CISSP, CRISC, or CISA recommended
