About the role

  • Managing multiple operations segments or divisions for the bank's internal operations
  • Resolving broad operational issues and ensuring compliance with policies
  • Leading implementation of opportunities to improve process performance
  • Coordinating activities and processes with Lines of Business
  • Establishing and leading best-practice SPI ownership across Client Services
  • Ensuring strong alignment with segment leaders and Transformation partners
  • Strengthening procedures and knowledge management

Requirements

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in enterprise process ownership, governance, operational leadership, or related
  • Proven track record leading business transformation initiatives
  • Extensive experience in process management and continuous improvement
  • Strong expertise in risk reduction and control enablement
  • Advanced proficiency in process documentation and knowledge management
  • Demonstrated expertise in Enterprise Process Management (EPM) standards
  • Ability to effectively manage and influence senior stakeholders
  • Experience with financial and operational management
  • Demonstrated success in people leadership, leadership development, and change management
