About the role

  • Provide high level analytical support to the design and development of complex compensation products
  • Advise HR colleagues on compensation practices across the employee lifecycle
  • Support the International Compensation Executive with integration efforts across all regions/countries
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to analyze, review and approve competitive compensation offers for new hires
  • Drive or participate in cross-team improvement initiatives or strategic projects

Requirements

  • 3+ years of Compensation experience
  • Successful performance in a Human Resources or international support role with strong analytical focus
  • Experience working directly with leaders, advising and consulting on HR, Compensation, or related issues
  • Ability to handle highly confidential and sensitive information with discretion and maturity
  • Data/quantitative analysis experience
  • Strong MS Excel skills (familiar with complex pivot tables, data filtering, lookups)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Collaborative partner who can develop relationships with global colleagues
  • Ability to understand and apply complex technical requirements to practice situations
  • Self-starter and results-oriented professional
