About the role
- Provide high level analytical support to the design and development of complex compensation products
- Advise HR colleagues on compensation practices across the employee lifecycle
- Support the International Compensation Executive with integration efforts across all regions/countries
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to analyze, review and approve competitive compensation offers for new hires
- Drive or participate in cross-team improvement initiatives or strategic projects
Requirements
- 3+ years of Compensation experience
- Successful performance in a Human Resources or international support role with strong analytical focus
- Experience working directly with leaders, advising and consulting on HR, Compensation, or related issues
- Ability to handle highly confidential and sensitive information with discretion and maturity
- Data/quantitative analysis experience
- Strong MS Excel skills (familiar with complex pivot tables, data filtering, lookups)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Collaborative partner who can develop relationships with global colleagues
- Ability to understand and apply complex technical requirements to practice situations
- Self-starter and results-oriented professional
