About the role

  • Responsible for leading and executing on internal control discipline and operational excellence.
  • Execute on critical processes and tools to drive adherence to enterprise-wide standards.
  • Support the implementation of centralized thematic analysis for the Consumer business.
  • Ongoing execution of the quality assurance program and quality control processes.
  • Monitor and test controls, identify issues, and propose control improvements for remediation.

Requirements

  • Proven experience and in-depth knowledge of Enterprise Complaint requirements.
  • Project management experience, including controls, communicating with stakeholders, and strategy planning.
  • Ability to collaborate with various leaders across the change process.
  • Must be able to adapt to a fast paced/changing environment.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills; ability to simplify and summarize complex topics.
  • Self-motivated and strong ability to work autonomously.
  • Strong working knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
  • 2+ years of experience in QA operations oversight, compliance, or a related analytical field.
