About the role

  • Monitors loan portfolios of Private Bank/Merrill Lynch clients, specific to mortgage products ranging from basic to highly customized arrangements.
  • Possesses a high degree of mortgage knowledge including product, compliance, underwriting, and collateral requirements.
  • Works closely with the Residential Real Estate Specialist, PCAs, PCMs, and FAs in structuring and pricing.
  • Interacts directly with clients.
  • Serves as primary contact with client for all necessary follow up and information throughout the loan process.
  • Explores opportunities to further/deepen the client's relationship by leveraging all areas within BAC.
  • Looks for potential cross sell opportunities.

Requirements

  • Previous residential mortgage/HELOC experience in the HNW arena required (minimum 4-10 years)
  • Regulatory requirements demonstrating a commitment to professional ethics by complying with all Federal and State compliance policies and HMDA requirements.
