About the role
- Analyzing the day-to-day issues, researching, and providing resolution for various issues identified within a business unit
- Supporting defined procedures, routine analytics, and creating reports
- Monitoring day-to-day payment flows, escalating, and providing resolution for issues
- Assisting with coordination of implementation for products, services, and operational solutions
- Supporting the design, documentation, implementation, and monitoring of new products and services
- Providing guidance regarding procedural, technical, and operational changes
- Expanding business products knowledge within operations environment
Requirements
- Ability to work independently and in a group setting
- Able to work overtime when needed
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Strong attention to detail
- Effective time management, organization, and task prioritization skills
- General Banking experience especially in Global Payment Operations
- Wire experience
- Systems experience
- Experience with troubleshooting
