Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in portfolio strategy, roadmap development, outcome-based planning, and product lifecycle management.
- Scaled Agile (SAFe), backlog refinement, PI planning, sprint optimization, and Jira/Confluence.
- KPI/OKR definition, telemetry analysis, business case modeling, and cost optimization.
- Executive reporting, business case articulation, vendor and partner management, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Product funding model development, risk/compliance alignment, and change/release governance.
- Cultural and process transformation through servant leadership and storytelling.
