About the role
- Analyzing and documenting processes, documenting business case opportunities, and implementing process improvement/transformation initiatives.
- Executing on change initiatives which may result in breakthrough cost efficiencies, quality, productivity, and risk mitigation.
- Working with business leaders and subject matter experts, ensuring collaboration and transparency across integrated business and technology teams.
- Providing an end-to-end high-quality view of processes within business functions with proper identification of hand-offs and process connectors.
Requirements
- 5 years of Process design related experience and strong delivery mindset
- Analytical and design-oriented mindset
- Track record of successfully implementing strategic initiatives
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Testing/QA experience
- Data driven and metrics/results oriented
- Ability to identify opportunities from a process efficiency perspective
- Strong presentation skills
- Excels in working among diverse viewpoints to determine the best path forward
- Excellent verbal and communications skills
- Self-starter who can take ambiguous information and drive to logical outcomes while constantly challenging the status quo.
