Operational management and governance of flex workforce for large CIO group
Partner with different teams around transformational initiatives
Continuous focus on operational excellence of the end to end processes of existing programs
Drive program analytics and overall performance with vendors, including relationship management
Report and analyze program data and overall performance with teams, vendors, and partners
May work with vendor partners to ensure onboardings, offboardings, and other policies are enforced
Responsible for effectively working with partner organizations, such as GDCE, HR and Finance, to order to drive program progression and serve as a SPOC for CIO teams
Requirements
5+ years of experience
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with ability to use functions like v-lookup, pivot tables, charts
Ability to influence and drive continuous process improvement
Strong business partnering experience / skills including the ability to interact, communicate, and influence at all levels of the organization
Highly analytical thinking along with ability to create reports
Ability to adjust rapidly to changing demands and priorities
Demonstrated ability to make timely and accurate decisions
Excellent organization skills
Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks while balancing risk and reward
Executive presentation experience and strong verbal/written communication
