This job is responsible for resolving day-to-day complex problems, researching, and executing on complex transactions for multiple sites or larger business unit(s).
Supporting Credit Fulfillment Operations, Operations Consultant Role for the Business Enablement Team, providing wholesale fulfillment and operations support for Global Wealth Investment Management, Small Business, Business Banking, Global Commercial Bank, Global Corporate and Investment Banking, and Global Markets lines of business.
Analyzes, designs multiple programs including developing and deploying deliverables and communications to a variety of audience levels
Build training material via aggregating multiple sources of information to build and maintenance
Leads the design, development, and implementation of complex products, systems, and services in an operations environment using subject matter expertise
Manages projects and direct activities of a team related to special initiatives
Must be an expert of Credit Fulfillment Operations, by providing work direction, guidance, and training to employees and business partners on new complex initiatives
Builds relationships with business partners across various Lines of Business
Manages and defines responsibilities and accountabilities for key program and projects.
Requirements
5 years experience in Learning and Development
Previous credit operations process experience
Experience with content design and development
Ability to effectively work under pressure, continue to evaluate priorities in a changing environment, and successfully manage multiple projects with compressed timelines
Strong proficiency in Word and PowerPoint
Strong learning agility
Excellent interpersonal, relationship, and written/verbal communication skills, with a strong ability to collaborate, partner, and influence
Ability to work with senior leaders and cross functional teams
Demonstrated problem solving, strong follow-up skills and ability to escalate and gain resolution as needed
Ability to turn complex ideas into well-structured materials and presentations
Detail oriented with strong organizational and planning capabilities
Ability to work independently and as a strong team player.
