About the role
- Lead production support within the Global Wealth and Investment Management line
- Oversee incidents for supported applications
- Collaborate with technology infrastructure teams, development, and testing teams
- Provide overnight/weekend/holiday support as needed
- Act as the point of escalation for the business and manage end-user client relationships
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience within financial services and/or production support
- 1-2 years of prior leadership experience managing resources
- Telemetry exposure to enterprise/industry tooling
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
