About the role

  • Lead and coach Scrum Masters and RTEs to ensure effective delivery across Agile teams and ARTs
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Business Owners, and Technology Leaders to define and maintain delivery plans aligned with strategic goals
  • Ensure Agile ceremonies and practices are executed effectively to support team and portfolio-level delivery
  • Monitor progress, proactively identify risks and impediments, and escalate for resolution
  • Hold business and technology teams accountable for delivery commitments and agile best practices
  • Manage and improve portfolio-level operations, governance, and reporting processes
  • Provide coaching, performance reviews, and career development support for Scrum Masters and RTEs
  • Build strong relationships with business and technology executives, as well as Compliance and Risk partners

Requirements

  • Proven experience leading Agile delivery across multiple teams or ARTs
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience developing Scrum Masters and RTEs
  • Expertise in Agile frameworks (e.g., SAFe, Scrum, Kanban) and portfolio-level planning
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with financial and resource management at the portfolio level
  • Familiarity with enterprise change management processes and compliance standards
