About the role

  • Drafting procedural pleadings (initial petition/complaint, answer/defense, reply, objections, submissions, appeals);
  • Managing deadlines and updating the internal system (Legal One);
  • Preparation and issuance of court fee documents and procedural expense forms;
  • Providing information to Audit and Management;
  • Liaising with clients, locators, court officers and court clerks;
  • Controlling provisions and updating reports for contingency planning;
  • Representing the firm at hearings as counsel;
  • Drafting legal opinions;
  • Drafting, analyzing and reviewing contracts;
  • Assessing legal risks in internal matters;
  • Responding to legal inquiries from internal departments.

Requirements

  • Law degree (completed);
  • Active OAB registration (Brazilian Bar Association) and digital certificate;
  • Excellent legal writing, strong organization and legal-logical reasoning;
  • Knowledge of the Legal One system;
  • Experience in litigation;
  • Experience with electronic court filing systems and electronic judicial procedures;
  • Strong organizational and control skills;
  • Ability to work under pressure;
  • Teamwork skills;
  • Interpersonal skills and excellent oral advocacy;
  • Preventive mindset (proactive approach to risk prevention).
