About the role

  • Prospect, build relationships with, and manage a portfolio of corporate (B2B) clients;
  • Conduct consultative insurance sales with a focus on new business and renewals;
  • Identify opportunities within client accounts by understanding risks, needs and the business profile;
  • Prepare quotes, present commercial proposals and lead negotiations;
  • Perform in-person commercial visits to clients according to the defined routine;
  • Monitor the sales funnel, ensuring follow-up, conversion and retention;
  • Record and update client and opportunity information in the CRM;
  • Work collaboratively with internal support and operations teams;
  • Meet the sales targets and performance indicators defined for the role.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree completed or in progress (Business Administration, Marketing, Sales Management or related areas);
  • Previous experience in consultative B2B sales (corporate clients), preferably in insurance;
  • Knowledge of insurance products (commercial/business, auto, life and employee benefits);
  • Commercial profile with strong negotiation, relationship-building and account management skills;
  • Organized, commercially disciplined and results-oriented;
  • Familiarity with CRM, Microsoft Office suite and digital sales tools;
  • Availability for external client visits and to attend the company when called.
