About the role

  • On-site visits to travel agencies in your region to promote the Bancorbrás tour operator’s products;
  • Serve as the link between our customer service team and travel agents;
  • Assist travel agents in resolving issues that may occur with passengers during trips;
  • Represent the tour operator at industry trade shows and events.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Tourism or a related field;
  • Experience in commercial roles within the tourism sector, preferably working with travel agencies or tour operators;
  • Knowledge of the area of operation, including established relationships and mapping of local travel agencies;
  • Valid Brazilian driver’s license (CNH) with availability for frequent travel;
  • Proactive, communicative and relationship-oriented profile, comfortable acting as a point of contact between internal teams and external partners;
  • Knowledge of tourism products (packages, services, destinations) with the ability to present, negotiate and support travel agents;
  • Availability to participate in trade shows, events and commercial activities within the sector;
  • Reside in Campo Grande and be available for frequent travel.
