About the role

  • We are seeking a professional to ensure the efficient, agile, and secure execution of operational processes across the client lifecycle and credit operations.
  • Pre-registration, account opening/closure, and profile updates;
  • Transaction/operation classification, reversals, insufficient collateral, approval/escalation requests, matching of transient amounts, and calculation documentation;
  • Support for Managers and Commercial Assistants, providing information for closed transactions, monitoring the operation lifecycle, and providing technical clarifications.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Administration, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • Experience with operational routines in financial institutions or financial services companies;
  • Experience in operations;
  • Ability to meet deadlines and handle a high operational volume;
  • Intermediate-level Excel skills.
