About the role
- Provide advisory legal support to the wholesale bank's business areas
- Legal analysis, structuring and support for complex banking transactions
- Advisory support to Products, Sales and Treasury, ensuring regulatory compliance and legal certainty
- Technical input for strategic decisions involving products, credit and guarantees
- Work closely with the business with a practical mindset and a focus on enabling transactions
Requirements
- Law degree with active registration in the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB)
- Solid experience in Banking Legal / Advisory legal practice
- Proven experience in a wholesale bank, especially with: banking regulation, credit operations, wholesale guarantees, derivatives and treasury operations
- Availability to work on-site 2 days per week in Morumbi (São Paulo)
