About the role
- This Product Manager will be responsible for the internal/operational management of TVM products (primarily Debentures, CRA, CRI, FIDC and Notes);
- Responsible for maintaining and supporting DCM (Debt Capital Markets) in the approval of new products at Committees;
- Conduct kickoffs with various internal teams and continuously update operational manuals;
- Expected to define clear and efficient processes;
- Ensure product validation and onboarding in internal systems;
- Communicate and mobilize internal teams to ensure compliance and governance;
- Opportunity to structure and propose a Squad focused on the digitalization and modernization of products;
- Ensure alignment on deliverables and deadlines with all stakeholders;
Requirements
- Experience in Financial Markets, Capital Markets and banking workflows;
- Technical knowledge of TVM products (securities and financial instruments);
- Structuring transactions in the Capital Markets;
- Knowledge of Agile Methodologies;
- Advanced Office suite (Excel and PowerPoint);
- Organized, creative, with leadership skills and an intrapreneurial mindset;
- Risk management in processes and workflows, strategic vision and results orientation;
- Fluent English preferred.
