About the role

  • This Product Manager will be responsible for the internal/operational management of TVM products (primarily Debentures, CRA, CRI, FIDC and Notes);
  • Responsible for maintaining and supporting DCM (Debt Capital Markets) in the approval of new products at Committees;
  • Conduct kickoffs with various internal teams and continuously update operational manuals;
  • Expected to define clear and efficient processes;
  • Ensure product validation and onboarding in internal systems;
  • Communicate and mobilize internal teams to ensure compliance and governance;
  • Opportunity to structure and propose a Squad focused on the digitalization and modernization of products;
  • Ensure alignment on deliverables and deadlines with all stakeholders;

Requirements

  • Experience in Financial Markets, Capital Markets and banking workflows;
  • Technical knowledge of TVM products (securities and financial instruments);
  • Structuring transactions in the Capital Markets;
  • Knowledge of Agile Methodologies;
  • Advanced Office suite (Excel and PowerPoint);
  • Organized, creative, with leadership skills and an intrapreneurial mindset;
  • Risk management in processes and workflows, strategic vision and results orientation;
  • Fluent English preferred.
