About the role
- Assist Personal Trust Administrators
- Prepare client review reports
- Scan trust information to electronic archive
- Assist with client phone calls
- Assist customers while Trust Administrators are out or unavailable
- Foster positive customer/client relations
- Assist with special projects
- Other job related duties as assigned
Requirements
- Good computer skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Good client communications skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and deadlines
- Strong organizational skills and an ability to multitask with accuracy
- Must be detail-oriented, accurate, dependable and a self-starter
- Ability to use independent judgment, discretion, and maintain confidentiality
- Good collaborator with team of other assistants
- Attendance and punctuality is an essential function of the job
- Basic working knowledge of investments and banking is helpful
