💰 $175,000 - $195,000 per year
About the role
- Identify staffing needs, manage paraprofessionals’ performance, conduct performance evaluations, and assist with budgeting and resource planning.
- Manage workflow to optimize efficiency and quality of work.
- Develop training plans and cross-train paraprofessionals.
- Assist in establishing and implementing strategic initiatives.
- Manage large-scale projects.
Requirements
- A minimum of 10 years’ experience in paraprofessional services.
- Prior experience supervising paralegals in a law firm environment required; prior experience supervising transactional paraprofessionals preferred.
- Some travel is required.
