About the role
- Acts as an HR Business Partner for manufacturing operations.
- Collaborates with stakeholders, Global HR Centers of Expertise, and Global Shared Services.
- Provides leadership to the HR team and drives continuous improvement.
- Oversees a group of plants in South America.
- Builds strong, engaged relationships through trust and effective communication.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree completed.
- Experience in Human Resources roles serving as a business partner.
- Advanced/Fluent English is mandatory.
- Broad understanding of applicable labor laws.
- Solid knowledge of all aspects of the employee life cycle.
- Extensive experience and expertise in employee and labor relations.
