About the role

  • Develop, document, and implement facility management standards in partnership with the Ball Operational Excellence team
  • Drive consistency and quality across all sites and ensure adherence to environmental, health, and safety regulations
  • Define, monitor, support, and analyze KPIs to evaluate facility management efficiency and effectiveness
  • Identify and escalate recurring facility issues, ensuring timely resolution
  • Lead global continuous improvement initiatives aimed at optimizing facility operations and reducing environmental impact
  • Build and maintain a strong, productive relationship with the IFM supplier
  • Provide guidance to the supplier on program execution and compliance with contractual requirements
  • Facilitate monthly regional steering committee meetings, including preparation of meeting content.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 5+ years of facilities management experience, including required hands-on experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
  • Demonstrated leadership and people management experience
  • Experience working with and managing suppliers
  • Strong understanding of integrated facilities management models and supplier management
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, and decision making abilities
  • Working knowledge of food safety requirements and continuous improvement methodologies
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative, efficient work style.
