About the role
- Develop, document, and implement facility management standards in partnership with the Ball Operational Excellence team
- Drive consistency and quality across all sites and ensure adherence to environmental, health, and safety regulations
- Define, monitor, support, and analyze KPIs to evaluate facility management efficiency and effectiveness
- Identify and escalate recurring facility issues, ensuring timely resolution
- Lead global continuous improvement initiatives aimed at optimizing facility operations and reducing environmental impact
- Build and maintain a strong, productive relationship with the IFM supplier
- Provide guidance to the supplier on program execution and compliance with contractual requirements
- Facilitate monthly regional steering committee meetings, including preparation of meeting content.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5+ years of facilities management experience, including required hands-on experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
- Demonstrated leadership and people management experience
- Experience working with and managing suppliers
- Strong understanding of integrated facilities management models and supplier management
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and decision making abilities
- Working knowledge of food safety requirements and continuous improvement methodologies
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative, efficient work style.
