About the role
- Complete month end closing process and prepare financial reports
- Review transactions for inventory/cost accounting and revenue recognition
- Manage accounting function with compliance to Ball Corporation policies
- Liaise with auditors for financial and SOX audits
- Support the development of annual operating plans and forecasts
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or relevant field
- 5+ years of job-related experience
- Minimum of 1 year in a leadership role managing a team
- Working knowledge of US GAAP
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and integrated manufacturing systems (specifically JDE and HFM)
- Public accounting experience is a plus
